Difficult to get one, but it is not impossible. Event though the 6 strike is not being eliminated, as you need a moving line to bind onto the self line, yet the two empty middle lines between the J and U lines promises that you can get one. Two possible dates are Aug 10 – 11 or Aug 22 -23.
Also note that the self line moves from a K loser star to a winner or R star. Though R is extremely weak yet it is not a dead star. Being bonded to Gh star, the job star Ry is pretty much alive. Gh is part of the 5th line empty line. ( G star though appears to be a retreating star, yet being bonded to a moving line stopped it from retreating). So that mean the job isn’t available until the emptiness is fulfilled, most likely on day t in August.
Although your opponent has job star Rm, meaning that (s)he has better chances of getting the job, yet this line in not a moving line. The self line is a moving line, and will strike away the opponent job star when the emptiness is fulfilled. The self line appears likely to get the job for the question posted is more like “one which day will she get a job within next month?” rather than “will she get a job in month s?”
