I had asked when my dad would speak to an important business acquaintance over the phone. I got:

I figured P was the star to use, because it was my dad I asked about, and noticed the two Pe's that were binding to the month. Since this call was almost certainly going to happen within a day or two, I figured hour h or y would be most likely the time when they would talk -- with y being more probable given h would be a little early for a business call.
The next day, my dad announced he was going to call the man at 3 -- hour m. I figured I must have been wrong again, but when he called, he discovered the man had cancelled at the last minute, and they arranged to call the next day at noon, which would just be the beginning of hour y. Ultimately the call was 45 minutes late, but nevertheless, did fall in hour y, as I predicted.
Yay!
Congrats, I have one question, if you were the reader but not the tosser, how would you have known that y represented the hour? What part of the hex tells you its about the hour the person would call and not the day or the month or the year?
Thats one of the troubles I have with this system, is how do you know in the hex, god is telling you the day/month/year/ or hour....how do you freakin know which it is? Do you specifically ask the question asking only for the hour/month/year/day/?
Is there a way to predict the day/month/hour/year all in one toss about something? Or do you have to toss 4 times to get the full picture?
While I'm at it, I'm having trouble understanding superiching chapters in regards to questions of WHEN!!! Is it the line that is appointed? The lower date/element that binds the appointed? Or the lower date/element that strikes the binded?
To the webmaster give a summary please of how to determine when on a question, since alex's chapters are so long and non specific please if you would not only for myself but for the rest of us aswell.
