In sub-Con programming (and in any other things that we do), Negative thoughts ruin our efforts.

I forgot to mention that one should never entertain any negative thoughts nor speak any negative statement or phrase, when doing sub-con programming. A little mistake will bring you back to square one. You must perfect this attitude if you want great and immediate result!

Always look for the good news for every bad news, good things for every bad things, good thoughts for every bad thoughts.

I sent my sister a text message and I was complaining about my car which after it was hit by another vehicle at the trunk, few days later, my door lock would not function. I couldn't open it. More bad news is that I had no money to bring it to the shop for immediate repair. In my message I said something like.... I am the most unlucky person in the whole world..... She replied and said.... You are still lucky because you have a car that you want the door opened. At first, I felt bad about her reply beacuse I was expecting something from her that would show her sympathy. But after a while, I realized that she's correct. I am still lucky and in fact I never became unlucky just because of that incident.

That thoughts inspired me and pushed me to look for more answers to help me improve my life.

In sub-Con programming.... never entertain negative thoughts. Don't even speak about it. Instead, look for positive reasons why the so called "negative events" are happening to us. If not because of the car incident, I would not have found this self-help method.
