I watched their server with internet seer. it was 3 days down in the last 9 days.
on their site there is a smile next to the server condition and it said: free server: incognito

Hi Hapoel,

I really love our first board. But everytime I come to visit, you are right, it's down. But I will always try to come and serve in that board.

I hope the server that hosts this forum that I just created will be on-line at least most of the time so my services to the people in need will not be disrupted.

I hope this board will be able to build a strong community of people who want to help other people. This is my main reason why I created this board.
