Dear Horse, Aussie & Saviola,
Am glad to be back here again and read stuff about you once more. Had to be "away" for a while because of a little (and silly) heart problem.
Am also happy that Aussie had gotten past a number of problems and is now happily waiting for her date with the storck

. Am one with you in praying for her safe delivery. (Hey, Aussie, be ready [emotionally] wit the dreaded "post partum blues". Most women experience this depressing feeling weeks after giving birth. Just bear in mind that this is a normal phase and that you will soon recover. Believe in the love of the people around you).
When I registered in this forum, I was looking forward to seeing this friendly community grow. I guess one way to do this is for us to be a little open about our person. Aussie had done this. She had shared a lot about herself . . . and I believe her story had inspired most of us to appreciate more what we have in life and to look forward to a better tomorrow inspite of the obstacles that we may encounter along the way.
In a seminar I have attended, a group of about 30 people (from different walks of life, 20-60 years old) were brought together. After two days, they became so close to one another - as if they've known each other for years. The key? It was the activity they had participated in and the "life sharings" that they had.
Maybe we can start something like that here - I mean, simple sharings. If we somehow know something about each other, we will be more open and trusting. I know we are of different backgrounds and from different countries, but we are all in need of friends. What do you think?
Well, let me start by saying that I am a woman in my forties (please don't frown, it's just a number - I feel younger than that

), employed in a stable company, had encountered (and continue to encounter) both happy and trying times and willing to share with friends the lessons I've learned from my experiences. I have many friends . . . but this doesn't stop me from having more - especially in this forum, as I believe that (with the crazy world we are in now)many people still need friends who would listen . . . and understand!
Hmmmnn . . . I may be getting boring and my message is already too long! Let me get off now and I'll be glad to hear from you soon!
Have a blessed day!
Madison
