OK. is hould say, i want to know the effective ways to deal with my colleagues so as to gain respect from them and also have some harmony among fellow colleagues.

i also see that my relationship with people are not good, sometimes it's good at first and in the end it becomes bad. and i feel that my popularity isn't good among people i know.

so many times i take initiative to help people in the end people becom ungrateful and take me for granted or backstab me regardless how many times i have helped them before.

Stop needing respect. Respect is earned, not obtained through your own skill. Be yourself, that earns the most respect.

Popularity is much like many things, overrated. Don't think too much over it.

As said, don't expect rewards for helping people, or a return of favour. That does no good for your "reputation".

It's a different girl, somehow my subordinate

I don't really need people to say thanks to me when i help them. but certainly i wish people to turn around and take it if it's my obligation to help them. and i seldom say no when people ask me for help.
