Hi,
I'm in the worst 'funk' of my life. I"m so stuck and and don't know why. I just got divorced from my husband, we still live in the same house, thankfully in seperate quarters BUT I can't seem to find any inspiration to move,live to go on with my life. I don't even have the will to throw the coins for myself. It's really an awful feeling so if you will please throw the coins for me maybe you can find out what it is I need to do to correct my life.

Dear Cecilia,

Please hold on and be confident that things will work out fine in the end. Remember the saying: "Behind the clouds, the sun still shines".

I also think that you need not do anything "to correct your life". It's just a phase that you have pass thru. Take courage. Look back just to take note of the things you should learn from the experience, not to be bitter about it. Life is not always gloomy. You only had to experience sadness so you will appreciate the joyful blessings that you will soon receive.

I need to go now but I will write you again. I will pray for you and I'm sure many of us here in the forum would do so, too.

Thank you for writing, its such a nice feeling to meet new people who have the same interests. I feel very blessed today and it's because of this website, your reply to me and the interpretation of the hexagram that Horse posted for me.

So upward and onward.

Today I am going to go and help a friend who's mother is very ill and in the hospital, I need to pick up her stepfather for her and take him to the hospital, they have just flown in from Puerto Rico, so I was glad that when I asked her if I there was anything I could do to help and she later called me back and said 'yes there is' I felt glad for that opportunity. Usually when you ask people 'what can I do to help' they will say 'oh nothing' when really they want to ask. So I feel grateful that I have a friend who trusts me enough to bring me in to help her and her family. I have only lived in Florida for 10 months and I met this lady maybe 8 months ago so I feel fortunate to not be completely alone. In saying that I mean that I am from the west and mainly the northwest which is a long ways from Florida. Lately I have felt so displaced and I want to go home but I'm not sure where home is anymore. My family home of my parents for 31 years where I lived also on the property was sold 2 1/2 years ago to be able to pay for my Mother's health care so I was sort of put out in the 'cold' ..... it was during that time that I met my husband who is now NOT my husband so I can look back now and see that I was looking too hard for a new family and a home.

I am SO GRATEFUL for this website for the I Ching. I have studied the I Ching for many years but I have to say that in the past couple of months I have started in understand it more or to 'digest' it more than I ever have before.... THAT is a relief.

So now I need to get going on the day and go help my friend and also find some flowers to pick to take to her Mom, every hospital room needs flowers.
