At the moment, the board restricts the students or teachers unless authorized by the Horse to provide a free reading for the querants. As the community grows, the board will allow those students and teachers who would like to practice and provide free reading but at the discretion of the Horse. The Horse may visit other forum boards and scout for the best advanced students and teachers in the future. Upon agreement of the subject, he/she will become one of the readers in this board.
This is to ensure that the objective of this forum is being met at all times.
