i wanna know if i should pursue a coaching career. coaching for soft skills like leadership, efficiency, success kinda things.

instead of academic coaching like maths, economics kind.

but something like executive/professional coaching.

i am looking for a career change soon.

You really have strong desire for this job. But unfortunately i think top triagram Kan being water element extinguish this passion. Li at bottom gua is fire element beside month september is of metal element. so water triagram Kan is strong. your lower gua cannot survive the onslaught.

Rs stand for the job also is not situated anywhere near your gua. very hard indeed. probably you need to work harder against all odd to see success.
